The Miami River Art Fair Showcases in its Fourth Edition

By Justina Coronel Inside the James L. Knight Center located in the Downtown Miami Convention Center, the colorful Miami River Art Fair 2015 appeared in its fourth annual edition. During the week of Art Basel, this experience was the only one as the riverfront art fair overlooking the one-of-a-kind outdoor Riverwalk Sculpture Mall, which is an 800 linear foot public sculpture setting. The fair was co-sponsored by MSM and showcased a variety of talented world-class artists and gorgeous galleries in an indoor booth setting. From artists painting exquisite pieces to live performances showcasing a display of art in music, the Miami River Art Fair was able to exhibit all aspects of artistic value. In addition, this international and contemporary art fair has the revitalizations efforts of the Lower Miami River at its core. The fair will feature the Miami River as the main attention of all of its programming and events. Due to the partnership with the City of Miami and the Miami River Commission, the fair has been a great tool for the revitalization efforts coming through for the Downtown Miami/Brickell areas and the Lower Miami River. Not only does the Miami River Art fair showcase a true form of art, but also the true beauty of the area at heart. For more information, please visit www.miamiriverartfair.com

Sparkle & Shine Darling Opens in Miami Beach

By Justina Coronel Photography by April Belle Adrienne Bosh’s new boutique, Sparkle and Shine Darling, is like walking into every girl’s ultimate dream of glitter, glitz, glamour, and more. At 1665 Alton Road, Miami Beach, this new location is an event space and a lifestyle boutique as well. With gold accents and pops of pink dispersed everywhere, the store has the perfect touch of elegance and fun all dolled up into one. Adrienne came up with the idea after a birthday getaway with her girlfriends to Paris that her husband, Chris, arranged. Soaking up all the energy of the City of Lights, dressing up from head to toe, and being absolutely fabulous with her girlfriends, led to her inspiration of creating an environment that could empower every woman to feel fabulous, as well. The boutique has the lavish variety of accessories from clothing to purses to notebooks. Not only that, there is a backroom that can host events and special occasions. For now, it is decorated in the cutest tea party theme but it can be transformed into several other classy and glamorous options. Also, in the back, there will always be a photo booth to laugh and enjoy memories together. Adrienne wanted to create this concept in order for guests to enjoy and celebrate life because let’s face it, life is a big celebration. So pop the champagne, throw colorful confetti, and enjoy this new fabulous store that Adrienne has flourished. Sparkle and Shine Darling officially opens to the public on Monday, November 16th. Vinturi® Uncorks a New Style to Traditional Wine & Spirit Decanting

By Justina Coronel Since 2007, Vinturi® has been transforming the wine and spirits accessories industry with its patented one-of-a-king design of the aerator. It aerates wine and spirits in the same amount of time it takes to pour a single glass and it provides a smoother finish with enhanced flavors as well. You can decant your wine in seconds instead of hours with the Vinturi® wine aerator. Decanting is a practice that is centuries old. The concept is to pour off the top layer of liquid leaving behind any residue or sediment and letting it sit for hours in order for it to gather all the aromas. But the invention of the Vinturi® aerator speeds up this process in order for you to uncork and un‘wine’. The Vinturi® aerator is alcohol safe, food grade, clear and injection moldable, and it is a uni-body mold. During the manufacturing process, it was discovered that if any measurement of any of the aerator’s are off by more than five one-thousandths of an inch then the product wouldn’t work. That being said, each and every Vinturi® created is individually tested to give you the best quality yet. The name Vinturi® is named after the scientific principle of the Venturi effect, in which a liquid speeds up as it flows from a wide area to a narrow one. During the Vinturi® wine aerator process the wine speeds up in the narrow section and it draws in the air like a vacuum. As the wine passes, you can actually hear it make a unique sound. It is the sound of the wine and air mixing, in which you can hear the air being pulled through the side air holes. The Vinturi® aerator truly enhances the wine by enriching the flavors, boosting the aromas, and giving the wine a velvety smooth finish. With a Vinturi® aerator, you can save some time and still enjoy your fine wine.
