In recent years, awareness for breast cancer has grown. Locals in Miami can now help by supporting various outlets that bring further awareness and will eventually increase the research to find a cure.

One way is with the simple purchase of this year’s “Cherry for a Cure” at Eden Roc Resort Miami Beach; 20% of the proceeds will go towards Susan G. Komen Miami all month long. The cocktail is dedicated to their very own breast cancer survivor, Peggy Sanabria.

Recipe:

• 2oz VeeV Acai Liqueur
• 25 oz Cherry infused simple syrup
• Dash of cherry bitters
• 8 Sprigs of mint
• Served in a mason jar
